Cavalli Reserve White 750ml This wine shows complex and enticing aromas of white peach, apple, pear and lime with layers of almond brittle, orange zest and brioche. The palate is broad and textured but boasts a fresh, mouth-watering acidity and a crisp, dry finish. RESERVE WHITE , This wine was barrel-fermented and matured for a total of 10 months in French oak barrels. The first month allowed for the completion of fermentation and approximately 30% malolactic fermentation, with the remainder of the time spent on the lees. All new oak (30%) consisted of 300L Burgundy-style French oak barrels.
